However, if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes or cancel the order.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

1.The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

2.You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

3.Returns must be requested within 7 days after receiving the product.

2.Order number

3.Reason for return (optional, but appreciated for quality improvement)

4.Photos of the product (if there are any issues)

We will provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Important Notes:

1.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2.Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

3.If the item is not in its original condition or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund.
